Your quote will be sent to you to review and accept. Once we receive the deposit, we will schedule the initial clean-up

After the initial clean-up is completed you will be rolled into the weekly schedule ensuring your yard is clean and free of pet waste.

  • Client Portal: Easy, Breezy, and Ready in 2 Minutes

    We’ve got a nifty client portal where all payments are processed. After chatting with a Sirius Scoopers representative, we’ll set up your account, email you the login info, and voilà—you’re in! The whole signup process takes less time than brewing a cup of coffee.

    In your portal, you can:

    • View paid invoices and service history.

    • Check upcoming scheduled cleanups.

    • Link your debit/credit card to our secure platform.

    Once your card is linked, we’ll handle invoicing and payments automatically, sending you receipts for your records.

    Heads Up:
    Your card needs to be linked before we show up for your first cleanup. If it’s not, we’ll knock, call, and maybe even send smoke signals—but if we can’t reach you, your service will be rescheduled. (Depending on the season, this could take a while, so don’t ghost us!) Need help? Just give us a call—we’ll walk you through it faster than you can say “pooper scooper.”

  • Here’s the Scoop on Billing:

    • Payments for monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month, before the fun (cleanup) begins.

    • Initial or one-time cleanups? Pay up when we finish the job—easy peasy.

    • Starting weekly services after an initial cleanup? You’ll be billed for the initial cleanup plus the remainder of the month on the same day.

    Example Time:
    John Doe starts weekly service on 3/15/2022. His rate: $80/month.

    • Initial Cleanup (3/15): $100

    • Remainder of March (3/22, 3/29): $40
      Total on 3/15: $140

    After that, John will be billed $80 on the 1st of each month for his weekly cleanups.

    Heads Up:

    • Payments not made before the first cleanup of the month = you’re off the schedule until payment clears. No scooping without dough!

    • Linking your card for the first time might trigger a $1.50 “test transaction.” Don’t panic—no money leaves your account. It’s just software being extra cautious.

    We promise to keep the billing smooth, so your yard stays clean without a hitch!

  • When will you show up?
    We’re like the garbage men—your service day is set, but specific times are a mystery. This keeps our rates low and your wallet happy! Routes run from 7:30 a.m. until dark, so just think of us as your yard-cleaning ninjas.

    Will I know when you’re coming?
    Absolutely! You’ll get a text about 60 minutes before we arrive. If you’re at the start of our route, it might be more like 15-30 minutes because, let’s face it, no one wants a “good morning” text at dawn.

    Will my scoop day stay the same?
    Yep! Your scoop day will stay consistent each week. If it ever changes, we’ll give you plenty of notice—no surprises here!

    Do I need to be home for the cleanup?
    Nope! Just make sure we have easy access to your gate, and we’ll handle the rest.

    Do you disinfect your equipment?
    Of course! We’re not just scooping pros; we’re germ-fighting pros too. Our shoes and tools get the VIP treatment with kennel-grade disinfectant to keep everything clean.

  • We don’t play chauffeur to pet waste—it stays home with you. Once we’re done, we’ll deposit it in your trash bin like polite yard fairies.

    No bin outside? No problem! We’ll double or triple bag it for that “presentable” look and leave it neatly by your gate. Waste disposal, but make it classy.
